Forum 1 - Finance & Property - Building Giants: Navigating Property, Finance, and Audit in Your Project Journey: 3:00pm - 4:00pm
In this first panel session, SBM President Troy Gerbich will facilitate a session on how to work your way through a build project from property and finance through to audit, with representatives from the Ministry's Finance and Property teams, Solutions and Services, and SBM. You will have the opportunity to send through your questions for the panel prior to the session.

Forum 2 - HR & Payroll - Giant Strides in Education Payroll: Navigating NZSBA and PPTA for Financial Excellence: 10:30am - 11:30am
In the second panel session facilitated by SBM Auckland Representative Lorraine Biggs, representatives from EdPay, NZSBA (NZ School Boards Assn), and the PPTA will be available to discuss all things payroll. You will have the opportunity to send through your questions for the panel prior to the session.

- 1: bus - 209 Travis Road, Avonside Girls’ High School and Shirley Boys’ High School, PPP collocated Schools (both on the same site along with a Ferndale satellite unit on the former QEII site)
- 2: bus - 180 Avonside Drive, former Avonside Girls’ High School site, with Ao Tawhiti Climate Action Campus*. Starts with a 10 minute hikoi to Ao Tawhiti Campus, a special character area school in central city. (*Appropriate footwear is recommended)
- 3: hikoi walk - Local rebuild - education programmes, using community resources - Tūranga Library (a major central city rebuild project, offering innovative education programmes in a modern facility), and The Court Theatre (who will take you through the educational offerings they have as well as an overview of what their new home will offer right across the road from the library)
- 4: bus - 2 Lydia Street, Marian College (a state integrated catholic girls’ school rebuild in a supermarket warehouse)
- 5: bus - 347 Papanui Road, St Andrews College, independent co-educational pre-school to year 13. (Visit will focus on Chapel, theatres and performing arts, Prep school and other buildings. Viewing boarding facilities TBC)
- 6. hikoi walk – Rolleston Avenue Christ College is the oldest independent school in the country founded in 1850, the Anglican secondary day and boarding boys’ school is located in the city centre.
