Early Bird $600.00 (until 02 May 2025)
Standard $700.00 (from 03 May 2025)

Non-member
Flat rate $1,300.00

Terms and Conditions
All fees EXCLUDE Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%. All fees and payments are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Payment can be made by direct credit or credit card (please note a 3% merchant fee applies to Visa/Mastercard payments)
The EARLY BIRD registration rate only applies until 11:59pm, Friday, 02 May 2025 NZST. Full payment is required by this date to receive the early bird discount. If payment is not received by the stipulated date, registrations are processed at the next fee level, and a new invoice will be issued.
For STANDARD registrations from Saturday, 03 May 2025 NZST onwards, full payment is required 10 days after you receive the invoice or before the conference opening date, whichever date is earlier.
DELEGATE REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY All registration cancellations are subject to a $100.00 administration fee. If payment has not been made, the administration fee will be charged. If payment has been made, a refund of the balance will be given provided written notification is received prior to 11:59 pm Friday 30th May 2025 NZST. After this date refunds will only be made at the discretion of the SBM President.
ASSOCIATION CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of the conference being cancelled every effort will be made to give a full refund.
