​Plenary sessions will be held in Bay Trust Forum on the ground floor, with most breakout sessions in the 4 rooms on the upper level.
Registration will be in the Grand Hall (foyer) and catering will be in the Sponsors' area in the Unison Arena 1 on the ground floor. 
The full programme is available for delegates via the Conference App and also on the e-book. Printed conference handbooks will NOT be available this year.
